Access to Property

Payment Terms
All fees for services are outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
Gardeners Southwark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardeners Southwark from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, including designs and documentation provided by us, are the intellectual property of Gardeners Southwark unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Gardeners Southwark may terminate services immediately if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered will become due.
